Flying pole

This is my third class of flying pole. I have been absolutely loving aeriel sports and tried so many since January. It’s probably the hardest of them all bur super fun. I kind of prefer it to regular pole as it’s silicone so you don’t need tons of bare skin to stick on and the added challenge of movement makes it even harder. Im missing a whole bunch of skin behind my knee tho and have some massive bruises from bashing into it 😅
